Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

 

1. In case we cannot make our presence in the conference?

The candidate should inform the conference organization with valid reason before 10 days from the date of conference through mail (iccet17@gmail.com) or they can mention the same in the registration form . In such case the conference certificate and proceedings will be sent to respective by post.

2. Is co-author registration necessary or compulsory?

No, but if the co-author wants to attend the conference or require certificate & proceedings they need to register along with the main author. In such case, they need to pay Rs.XXXX for each co-author in addition to the main author(Rs.XXXX).

3. Who are UG/PG Students ( XXXXX INR)?

A project batch can participate in the conference by paying XXXX INR. The batch may consist of 2 or 3 student and 1 staff, for additional authors they have to pay XXX INR each. Each of the registered author will be getting a certificate and each batch will be getting the conference proceedings (Hardcopy and softcopy).

4.Who are UG/PG Student ( XXXX INR)?

Only one Author can participate in this category . They will be provided with certificates, one hard copy and soft copy of the conference proceedings and one kit.

Author(Student) will be receiving certificates and the conference proceedings.

5. What is the difference between the UG/PG students( INR XXXX) and UG/PG student (INR XXXX)?

UG/PG student (INR XXXX)
Here the members who are going to present their paper at the conference must pay a sum of Rs XXXX for the main author( compulsory) and each co authors shall pay Rs XXX (Refer question 2 ). The Cerificate, Kit and Proceeding( Hard copy and soft copy) will be provided to all the authors who are registered.

UG/PG students( INR XXXX)
Here the batch can participate in the conference by paying XXXX INR. The batch can consist of 2 or 3 student and 1 staff, for additional authors they have to pay XXX INR each. Authors(Students) will be receiving certificates, one hard copy and soft copy of the conference proceedings .This scheme is specially for final year project .

6.Who is a Registered author ?
The author who submit the registeration form and fee.

7. What will be the presentation timing?

Twelve minutes for each presentation and 3 minutes for question session.

8. What should the participants bring?

Participants should bring a copy of their college ID card and presentation in a pen drive(preferable) or CD .

9. In what format should the participants submit their papers?

IEEE format. 

10. Will all the selected papers be published in the International Journal?

Yes, All registered papers will be published in international journal for free. For Scopus indexed journal additional fee is charged

11.Will paper published in Scopus indexed journal?

Yes.

12. Criteria for publishing paper in Scopus Indexed Journal?

Category 1 : If the author is wants to publish his/her paper (manuscript) in Scopus Indexed journal, the Author has to Submit the paper in the format prescribed by the Journal. After submission of Paper (manuscript) if it satisfies the requirement of the Journal standards the acceptance will be notified and the author has to pay a fee for publication. In such case the author must register for the conference and then proceed for journal registration.

Category 2: All Authors who have completed the conference registration are eligible .After the conference our technical team will choose few technically Strong and innovative research papers from the registered papers and will recommending the same for publishing it in the Scopus Indexed Journal for free and All other papers will be published in the International Journal for free.

13. What if the Authors registered the paper in category 1 (for publishing paper in Scopus Indexed Journal) and later it get selected in Category 2?

In such case we will refund the money ( Category 1 Journal fee for publishing paper in scopus indexed) back to the Author.
